There is so much to be angry about. And that anger hurts us from inside. It causes us to fall ill. We need healthy ways to release the rage and wrath, so we can heal, so we can move towards a peaceful solution, instead of remaining stuck in the cycle of hate. Doodling provides catharsis. When doubled with affirmations, it can bring inner relief.
