Continuing our Mental Health Explainers (short videos), I share from our interview with Dr Amit Sen on one of the misconceptions he finds parents have — namely, that often parents seem to think their teens are pretty much grown up and don’t need their parental supervision anymore. That’s not the case, he says, it’s one of the most vulnerable periods! (I’m sure many can attest even as adults having lived through adolescence)
